The Group hereby clearly states that:

• The Group has never had any form of cooperation, contact or business relationship with the above-mentioned company.
• The Group has never authorised the said company or any person to promote, sell or provide any financial products or services in the name of the Group.
• The relevant statements and publicity are false representations and may involve misleading the public.

To protect the interests of investors and clients, the Group reminds the public to stay vigilant and avoid losses caused by believing false information.
